Our coffee pro will take you from beans to caffeinated nirvana in a few easy steps. Brewing amazing coffee isn’t limited to baristas. We will show you how to home brew using simple equipment and quality roasts. This class will focus on a classic pour over coffee, just a cup, a filter, and a funnel. Using this technique you’ll pour a full-flavored but nuanced cup of coffee that will make your friends swoon and send that French Press back to the cupboard. Soon you’ll be wearing ironic tees, waxing your mustache, and listening to vinyl.
– Participants receive a pour over kit including everything you need to create the perfect pour (mustache wax not included)
– We begin by getting to know the group and learning about your experience
– Our coffee Goddess will demonstrate her ideal pour over technique then give you a chance to try your skills.
– During the Q&A you’ll ask all the coffee questions that Starbucks baristas don’t know the answers (some of them do).
