Set-up Anywhere

We’ll bring the equipment like paddles, nets, and boundary lines and can set it up in parking lots, basketball courts, hotel courtyards, or wherever you need us. Each pickleball court measures 44ft by 20ft and the number of courts we set-up will depend on the tournament format you decide on.

Tournament Management

We’ll handle the brackets, pairings, disputes, refereeing and rotations to make this pickleball tournament at your next corporate event flawless.

Prizes & Awards

Included in the pricing will be 1st place medals. However, if you want an epic 1st place trophy we are happy to provide that for you. We can also provide trophies or medals for other placements like 2nd, 3rd, or even novelty places like … last. Talk to your event manager or sales person and they will help you find the perfect award.

Dedicated Event Emcee

Our emcee will help manage the tournament and the energy of the players insuring a crazy good time for every person. Except for Jake from sales because he’s a sore loser. Seriously Jake. Just stop.

We have nothing against grand parents. However, some might consider them a “ringer”. If you can get your boss or team leader to accept that granny isn’t a threat we are all for it.

Tell us your deadline and our PHENOMENAL team will try to make it possible. In a perfect world we’d have at least three weeks. BUT if the location is readily available and travel times work out we can move very quickly.

Yes. Talk to us. We can handle almost any size group.

Any open, hardtop surface, that can withstand the awesomeness of your team is great. We’ve set-up in parking lots, parking structures, rooftops, hotel courtyards, and more. Obviously, if you plan to use a parking lot we recommend the kind without loose rocks and gravel. We want to keep it safe for your players. The dimension of a single court is 44’x20′.

We’re happy to offer assistance but permits are on a case-by-case basis. When it comes to venues we’ll consult with you on questions specific to the tournament.

Yes, an (incredible!) emcee is present at every Firefly event. They’re pros at keeping the energy level up and the activities flowing smoothly. We’ll also send an assorted mix of staffers to your event to assist with the details of the day and make sure everyone is engaged and enjoying themselves.
