Do you have minimum outdoor team building group size?
We will accommodate any group size provided their budget is inline with our minimum spend. We’ve worked with a group 4 all the way to a group of 3,000 screaming college kids. Let our team know what you need and they’ll work out a solution for you.
Do you handle permits or location sourcing for outdoor events?
The answer is yes but it’s on a case by case basis. Every beach and park has a different set of needs from the group pulling the permit. There are some permits we cannot pull on your behalf and some venues that will need to be booked and paid for by you. We are happy to assist whenever possible. We cannot guarantee that a permit can be obtained due to variables like advanced notice, time of day, availability, awkward bureaucrats, etc.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We will generally run rain or shine and adjust our activities to match. Our clients do not often have the luxury of moving the date. In the event that the weather is truly a beast, we work with your team to launch an alternative indoor activity. We’ve switched indoors the day-of for a Minute to Win It instead of an Iron Team as an example. We will do whatever possible to make sure your group gets a fun team building activity that hits the mark.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Our average lead time with clients is around 1 month but we’ve successfully delivered awesome experiences with barely a week’s notice. When in doubt, reach out and we’ll work with you. Generally as long as we have 2 weeks we can make magic happen. Our team is the best and we love them.
Where are you located? Do you go to X,Y,Z location?
We travel all over the world delivering kick awesome corporate team building experiences. We’ve been to Portgual, Canada, the Bahamas, and everything in between. We routinely deliver events all over the US.
Can you accommodate different ages or physical abilities?
Heck yes! We design our programs so that no matter your ability you have a way to meaningfully contribute to your team’s success. There are a couple of exceptions like dodgeball which is by default hugely physical.
What’s the price range for your totally superior team building events?
Most events for groups of 20–100 start around $4,500 — that’s often less than $50/person for an unforgettable custom experience. We also offer DIY options if that works for your specific situationship better. Talk to us about your needs and we’ll work out a plan that works for you.
