Orange County Team Building – Wipeout Warrior

We had a phenomenal team building event with a local financial company. They drove over from their offices in Huntington beach to tackle the AMAZING obstacles at Sender One Climbing in Santa Ana. Within minutes of their arrival they were laughing and high fiving. We started them off with some team building challenges on the ground to work on rapport, communication and trust. After some facilitated discussion it was time to tackle the high elements. At the top of our Leap element each person stated a personal goal for the company before they jumped. On our Zen Towers they chose one thing to share with the group that they felt they needed help with at work. And then.. they jumped!
